I'm currently working in the games industry. My job entails everything from concept art, to 3D art, to work in the game engine. My favourite thing to do is concept art, of course.

the only feature that puts me off is the face and the small legs, other than that the body seems proportionate as well as the design of its shell.
all it needs is more support in the legs and the line decrease in facial area (it looks like a bird lol)
other than that its good!

Y'know I also felt the line on the face was too strong, but you're the first to mention it--thanks! Technically some turtles do indeed have beaks, which is why I added it, but perhaps it doesn't need to be so defined. As for the legs, I was keeping the proportions consistent with the cartoon version as seen here:

But I suppose they should be thicker to support his body structure, as well as lengthening them and bending his knees more. Thanks for the suggestion!

The grain actually makes it seem better.
