i reviewed this cutesy piece of art cause the hair is fantastic but ehh the subject is debatable, but the colors are vibrant to somewhat of Egoraptors cotton candy style.

mind me askin what program? and could you give some tips :P?
hair has always been a tough subject for me in 3dsmax.

I never used 3ds max, so i don't know what tips could be useful.
Most of the effects was dded in photoshop after the original render, maybe this help a little?

Dolly has always been one of thee most intriguing characters i've come to know on newgrounds.

A persistent mute personality, partially face covered soft tan skin, beautiful maple brown hair and carmel colored eye; Elongated stilt stider legs and drab stitched multi- texture stockings.

she's absolutely beautiful...

be very proud of her creation, for i see not many to whom i can describe with such critique in vivid detail.
