unnerving...
desolate and calm yet i feel prepared for death; that's my take on this art piece.
when he comes, i will gladly take his hand and walk with him through the hallways of purgatory.

interesting...
i've been hearing about vray, is it a better render setting that mental ray? cause i need to do some serious bump mapping for future projects.
l8s
Nope! :) It's a different renderer... Like plug-in (in fact, it is a plug-in).
For example:
Scanline is one renderer, Mental Ray is second, VRay is third...

picture's so good i can't...hold it in. @_@
well
i'm quite sure she will undoubtedly cherish this to no end.
the gradient followed by by the honeycomb texture is a great mixture with the pebble color spots.
the color scheme of her cloths is well diverse and easy on the eyes, well done.
her facial expression shows innocence, yet care free tone.
though the color is a bit dull, it nonetheless is a nice art piece.

Thanks. I'm really hoping she'll like it.
as far as i can see...
from visual flaws come stylized aspect. just because something don't seem right doesn't necessarily mean its a negative. it's what makes an artistic style unique, even when to have some flaws and mishaps.
though i only play the regular Cod4 i still get a base understanding of what's going on.
